Foundations Training includes:
Three (3) Experiential and Educational Modules: Learn the essentials of Conscious Heart Hypnotherapy through interactive lessons, blending psychological and spiritual healing techniques. - over 60 hours of training!
Modules 1 & 2 (Virtual): Participate from home via Zoom, with live demonstrations, guided hypnotherapy exercises, and foundational teachings on trauma, mind-body healing, and trance states.
Module 3 (In-person Intensive): A 5-day immersive retreat in a beautiful setting, focusing on full application of Conscious Heart Hypnotherapy techniques with hands-on practice and personalized guidance.

One Full Year of Support: Following the completion of the Foundations Modules 1-3, enjoy a full year of mentorship, group supervision, and case consultations to confidently apply CHHT in your practice.
Monthly Supervision and Conscious Development Courses: Participate in monthly sessions to practice your skills, receive expert coaching, and continue growing professionally and personally.
Certification as a Conscious Heart Hypnotherapist or Hypno-Coach
Approved Training for National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists
